These standards are to be used as guidelines for entry.
In
order to complete a field of (16) entries per event,
EXCEPTIONS will be made for marks that do not meet the standard and late
entries received after May 25, 2009.
Events with more than (16) entries will be listed as alternates.
These exceptions apply only to events with less than (16)
entries.
